Our goal is to make sure we deliver a Wanderful Service and give you peace of mind when booking with us. We use this policy to help us do our best however like every other company, we are not perfect but we will do our best to make up for any unforeseen inconveniences.

This is our Wanderful Promise.

Booking Terms & Conditions For:
One Day Experiences, Virtual Experiences & Online Services  

General

Please note all bookings are subject to availability

Please note that bookings are confirmed by Wanderful Hosts within 48 hours. 

 

Kindly note that starting times are based on the timezone of your Wanderful Host or location of experinece which is SAST.

 

Kindly note we do not accept same-day bookings. 

To reschedule, please contact us at least 72hrs in advance before your booked experience. To reschedule your booking, kindly send an email to support@wanderfullyso.com.

Kindly note that a Wanderful Experience is hereon referred to as a“Booking, Booked Experience or Booked Event”.

Free Cancellation Within 24hrs of Booking

If you have booked a Wanderful Experience, you have a 24-hour window period after making your booking to cancel your booking without any penalty. To cancel your booking, kindly send an email to support@wanderfullyso.com.

Other Cancellations

Refund with a Cancellation Fee If Cancelled within 48hrs of Booking

-If you cancel a booking before 48hrs, you will receive a refund however a 20% cancellation fee will apply. To cancel your booking, kindly send an email to support@wanderfullyso.com.

No refund after 48hrs of Booking

Please note cancellations that are made less than 48 hours before the booked event (i.e. Wanderful experience) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

No Rescheduling If Cancelled Less Than 14 days Before The Booked Event

Please note cancellations that are made less than 14 days before the booked event cannot be rescheduled.

Refund or Rescheduling If Host Cancels

If a Wanderful Host cancels your experience, we can change your booking or give you a full refund, depending on your choice. We will contact you so you can let us know what you prefer. 

Refund or Rescheduling If Booked Event Is Cancelled Due To Weather

If a booked event is cancelled due to bad weather, we can reschedule your booking or give you a partial refund, depending on your choice. We will contact you so you can let us know what you prefer.

Reschedule Your Booking

To reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days in advance before your Wanderful Experience. To reschedule your booking, kindly send an email to support@wanderfullyso.com

Kindly note that a Wanderful Escape is hereon referred to as “Booking, Booked Experience or Booked Event”.

Please note that guided group tours require a minimum number or travller and have to be fully booked to take place. Should your tour not be fully booked, we will reach out to you with the following options:

  • Cancel booking

  • Reschedule booking

  • Get a customized package that offers a similar experience

Please note that itineraries and packages are provisional and subject to availability: 

  • We will work with you to make sure you get a similar itinerary and package however since bookings are subject to availability and price changes, kindly note that we cannot guarantee that they will be the same as what you see on our website and other platforms.

Please note when you book a stay, trip or package you accept the rates charged as the minimum payable amount:

  • We will work with you to make sure you get a similar itinerary or package within the same budget however please note that due to price changes and availability, additional pay could be required to secure your booking.

Make Changes To Your Booking

To make a change to your booking, please contact us at least 60 days before the start date of your Wanderful Escape. We will do our best to make changes to your booking however kindly note that we cannot guarantee you your desired date or the exact desired itinerary, as bookings are all subject to availability and price change. We will however get you a similar experience.  Due to price changes and availability, additional payment could be required to secure your booking. To make your booking, kindly send an email to support@wanderfullyso.com.

When you book with us, you surrender certain legal rights. Please read carefully.

I understand that I am required to read carefully this release before I confirm my reservation with WanderfullySo and make payment. I accept that WanderfullySo will assist or advise me, to the best of their ability, with pertinent information regarding health requirements and related travel matters but it is my responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, travel permits, health certificates, inoculations or any other documentation required are obtained, current and in order.

 

WanderfullySo advises me to obtain the following types of insurance which I understand are commercially available:

  • Accidental death & disability

  • Major medical

  • Trip cancellation:

  • Emergency medical evacuation

  • Loss of personal effects

I am aware that rural travel, safari travel or adventure travel, whether in civilized or remote areas, by plane, train, automobile, boat, horseback, other conveyance or on foot, contains inherent risks of illness, injury, death, or loss and damage of property, which may be caused by the negligence of others, forces of nature and other forces known or unknown. I recognize that such risks may be present at any time before, during and after the Wanderful Experience that I am participating in under the agreements of WanderfullySo and its agents or associates. I am also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available during the time I am participating in the said Wanderful Experience.

In consideration of, and as part payment for the right to participate in this trip, and the activities, services and food arranged for me by WanderfullySo and its agents or associates, I (releaser), certify that I have read all of the above and fully understand its contents and agree to not hold WanderfullySo liable for any resulting illness, injury, death, or loss, which may be caused by the negligence of others, forces of nature and other forces known or unknown.

I and on behalf of any family and minors accompanying me agree to hold WanderfullySo, its officers, owners, employees and/or suppliers (releases), harmless for any accidents, itinerary changes, claims, losses, damages or liabilities including death, disability, injury or loss or damage to releaser or releasers property, which might occur while I am on a Wanderful Experience. I expressly assume any and all risks with respect to the activities and circumstances described herein and pledge not to sue releases on account of any losses, claims, costs, liabilities or damages, and further, I agree not to claim the unenforceability of the Agreement.

I agree that the foregoing obligation shall be binding upon me personally as well as upon my heirs, executors and administrators and members of my family and also be binding upon any minors accompanying me.
